I am getting some of the cutest cat and kitten pictures ever sent to me for the October contest/giveaway. Winners are being chosen today by the way. But before I do that, I wanted to share with everyone some of these great reader entries. All of the entries I’ve gotten are so adorable, it’s going to be so hard to choose winners!

Here are some fabulous professional-looking kitten pictures from reader Yvonne Lee. These pictures are so perfect - Yvonne must have a photography background!

It’s time for the cute kitten pictures of the week! I always go to Webshots to find these, there are tons to choose from. I have a hard time picking out the perfect kitten picture every week since there are so many there.

This little kitten looks like he/she is wedged between a window being opened and closed, playfully though. The face on this little one is just too cute and the photographer did a great job of capturing the personality of the kitten, using the light correctly, and portraying felines for what they are: frisky and playful.

This week from Webshots we have a sweet little tabby cat, curious as ever.

This cute kitten picture is from the Kittens album of user “pansaram” on Webshots.com. Webshots has tons of cute kitten pictures. Check out their Kittens category, Cats category or the Pets category for more adorable cat pictures.

It’s time to see the cutest kitten of the week this week… I had a hard time choosing one this week since there are so many cute kitten pictures on Webshots to choose from. I finally decided on the first one because I love the color green in it and I think the photographer did a wonderful job capturing the joy of of this cute kitten. Don’t you think so?

Isn’t he cute? This kitten picture is from the “Kittens” album of Webshots user “Malik Farrukh.”

The second one I chose I liked because I love the spots on this kitten and, again, I think the photographer did a good job capturing a bit of the perosnality of the kitten.

This second photo is from “The Maus” album on Webshots.com, which is a wonderfully entertaining collaboration of shots of spotted kittens taken by user “w1551.” It’s definitely a must-see. Spots everywhere!

There are TONS of cute kitten pictures to browse on Webshots.com. I could just sit and look at cute kittens on there all day I think. They have specific Kittens pages or you can look at the Cats page(s) or even the general Pets page.  It’s amazing how creative some people on there get with their pet photos!

Time for the cutest kitten picture of the week! I love this day. There are so many cute kitten pictures to choose from on Webshots.com.

I had to use two pictures this week becuase I just couldn’t decide which one I liked better. They are both from the Pretty Cats and Kittens album on Webshots.com, uploaded by “prettynicecat.” There is something about orange kittens (and cats) that tugs at my heart strings. I don’t know why. I just love orange kitties. So you tell me which one of these two kitten pictures you like better.

The second kitten picture is perfect for the upcoming autumn season, one of the reasons I chose it to feature.

This little guy looks like he’s laughing (or crying I suppose). I would not be able to resist him if I were in the same room. This picture makes me want to just scoop him up and snuggle him…

You also gotta love the kitten butt sticking out in the background! LOL! Possibly not that baby’s best angle but it’s too funny to not mention here.
