But the things that he did are so un-thinkable I knew that one could never ask, or expect that he would actually feel remorse. To use Vick's own words, I recognize that we are all "numb" to a certain extent to the cruelties that pursist. So let's stand together and take advantage of the fact that a high profile individual can finally bring some money to the shelters. Let's work this and demand results, this will be a far better reward for the animals than continuing to brood about whether or not Vick actually feels remorse for what he has done. As for Michael Vick, his crime against gods creatures was so brutal and deliberate that I do not believe he has changed. However I do believe he is sorry he was caught. Given the opportunity I belive he would commit the same crime again. His punishment should fit the crime he committed but in reality it does not.
