did this bill ever make it to the floor before December 31, 2010??? I do not live in Ohio, I live in California but I wrote to the Senator involved to tke it to the floor before it was too late. I don’t see anything on Google that it made it..I hope it will be resurrected and taken to the floor for a final vote…It is critical!!!
