Government must act on and stop the sale of animals at auctions and band puppy mills. It is a known fact that if a person treats an animal bad they will and most like are treating humans poorly. There are many reported cases where serial killers hurt animals at a young age and then turned into violent criminals. It takes a village to raise a child and it takes an army to save the animals.
