I wanted to take a quick minute to tell you about what PetSmart is doing! They have announced A “Monster Cute” Pet Contest — After choosing the perfect costume for their pets, pet parents can submit a picture to PetSmart’s “Monster Cute Photo Contest” powered by Greenies® on PetSmart’s Facebook page. Pet parents can upload a photo of their pet donning their Halloween best for a chance to appear in a 2012 PetSmart TV commercial!

On Halloween, PetSmart will post the 25 finalists on Facebook, and final voting for the grand prize winner will begin and run through November 3, with PetSmart’s Facebook fans being included in the voting process. The winner will be announced on November 11.

The grand prize includes:
• Appearance in 2012 PetSmart TV commercial
• $1,000
• Round-trip airfare to the commercial shoot for the pet, pet parent and guest
• One-year supply of Canine Greenies® Dental Chews or Feline Greenies® Dental Chews
PetSmart is also giving away more than $7,000 in PetSmart gift cards and/or Greenies products to the category winners. In addition, each week a random winner will be selected and receive a $500 PetSmart gift card. No purchase is necessary to win.

Have a Happy Howl-O-Ween
Halloween extends to PetSmart stores with the annual Howl-O-Ween Costume Contest. On Saturday, October 22, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., pets can parade around in their devilishly cute digs in PetSmart stores across the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Three winners will be chosen in each store- first, second and third place- each receiving a voucher for a product including Greenies or Toy Shoppe® or Grreat Choice™ dog and cat toys. So find your local PetSmart and bring your baby in to see if you could win!!
