		<description>I wish every state would create a bill like this. Each breeder having 50 does seem like a lot to me even if they do count puppies as 50.

		<description>I agree with B and E. It needs to be passed before I will get really amped about it, but ?I will definitely sign that petition. The more support the better the chance it has. CA is always a trail blazer state so this could easily become a reality there. now if only the Midwestern states like OH and Missouri would catch on...</description>
