Sorry, I ment to say that it’s such a sad story. And I used it on a project for school. Now some of the kids at my school think before they ask their parents for an animal and I am fourteen years old and the guy who wrote this I’m going to say that my hats off you. This story is the saddest but greatest, inspireing story I’ve ever read. So thatnk you once again !!

Wow.. This such a sad story but true.. Maybe everyone should start thinking about what they do before they do it:( hopefully people will start to see what they are doing, so that they can stop thinking about themselves!! May every animal get what they deserve:)

Wow they weren’t kidding when they said you might need a kleenex and, I don’t really cry at sad stories. I guess the fact that I know its a reality for most animals. I know they are in a better place but it is still sad to think about. It makes me want to promise to be there for all 5 of my dogs. I hope this story touchs someone considering giving up their pet the way it touched us who truly love and will do anything for our pets. Its weird because we found a well groomed friendly dog yesterday that we want to keep but we have to wait to see if someone is going to claim her. Yet no one has or even put out any effort to find her, I saddens me that someone can just give up their pet or let their pet go missing with out any effort to find him/her. I know that she will be in a good home but what happens to the other millions of pets who are put in the same situation?

I’m a dog groomer, and I see dogs come in for grooming that are so mistreated or abandoned at the grooming salon. I Don’t Know who could put that shot into a dog, exspecially if they licked my hand and wagged their tail. This is the sadness thing I’ve ever heard.

It’s such a sad story. We just can’t fathom how anyone could turn their backs like this. When I(mum) was at the shelter the other day, people attempted to surrender three cats and a dog, and we were only there for 20 minutes. It’s nothing short of horrific.
