I didn’t know about Theodore until I read the Creek Cats blog. Sable & I send along our sincerest sympathies. I’m sure Theodore is running around in the woods & making Friends. Its my guess that he was very social. It broke my heart when I read he had passed. Just over a year ago we lost our beautiful Bombay Boo. She had been sick for a few days,but we thought she just had virus. So I do
know what it feels like to lose a cherished pet. We never forget them,but eventually the pain eases. Always remember the good times you shared with Theodore. It does help. May you start to feel better & I will say a prayer for both you & Theodore. Sable just walked over the keyboard so she wanted to put in her two cents.

Ooh, I will miss Theodore very much. But now he is not sick anymore and playing with all the kitties that are over the Rainbow Bridge. You will see him again, someday. I hope he finds those who went before me. Sasha was such a lap cat and Suki was our sweetiest cat ever. I hope they meet. Theodore has a lot of friends to make now. And he is waiting for you, never fear. You did a kind and wonderful thing, ending his suffering here on earth, and he will be forever in your heart as you are in his.

I’m so sorry to hear of your loss and understand what you’re going thru. I lost two of my best girlfriends in the last three years about a year apart. Both had chronic renal failure and were on meds and daily sub-q IV but their hearts are eventually what gave out. They were stable with the kidney disease so it was a shock when they went into heart failure and I had to make that very difficult decision. Since these two kitties owned me for over 18 years, we went thru a lot of major life changes together which makes the parting harder still. Not only was I saying farewell to a dear family member each time, I was saying farewell to a part of my life in a sense. My 6 rescue kitties, Calvin, Hobbes, Gracie, Sammie, Bella and Jake all send warm hugs your way. We’ll say a little prayer for Theodore but something tells me he’s doing just fine. Lisa
